Ed is the creator and builder of Eco Coffee and Eco Cafe in St. Jacobs. Started from an opportunity in Colombia, Ed learned the world of coffee and it consumed him.
​
After 25 years building a successful coffee enterprise, Ed spends most of his time teaching coffee growers worldwide how to thrive with their own businesses.
​
Ed also runs Eco tours to various coffee plantations to introduce consumers to the diverse world of coffee and let them experience life and people in other worlds.
​
Ed is a community builder, a startup advisor and an incredibly inspirational go getter.
